Yes! All plans come with a 14-day free trial with full access to features. No credit card required to start. You can explore all features including automated notifications, bank reconciliation, tax reports, and evidence bundles before deciding which plan works best for your portfolio.
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle, and we prorate any differences.
A unit is any individual rental space with its own tenancy—an apartment, condo, house, basement suite, or room rental. Multi-unit properties count each unit separately.
The AI Assistant helps answer your landlord-tenant questions based on Ontario's Residential Tenancies Act. It becomes data-aware on all plans—meaning it can reference your actual lease details, payment history, and property information to give personalized guidance tailored to your specific situations.
Plaid securely connects to your bank accounts to automatically import transactions. Pro plans include 1 bank connection, Business plans include 2. Additional connections are available as add-ons. This enables automatic rent reconciliation and income verification.
No contracts. All paid plans are month-to-month. You can cancel anytime, and you'll retain access until the end of your billing period.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe. All payments are processed securely in CAD.
Income Verification (via Plaid) costs $10 per verification event. Extra bank connections are $2/month on Pro and $1/month on Business plans. These let you customize your plan without jumping to a higher tier.
We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit. You can easily upgrade to add more units, or contact us for a custom Enterprise plan if you need more than 15 units.
